OVERVIEW
This is a visualisation of your tracking efforts
All these results, insights and journal entries come from spending about 11 seconds per day or week making simple deposits into your tracker.
All visualisations are dynamic - every deposit you make ripples through the entire visualisation.
The power of these visualisations becomes apparent when you see the light blue trendline above. A downward sloping line clearly shows that long term improvement is taking place because of the gradual decline in overall symptom scores.
SYMPTOMS
These are the symptoms you selected to track
When you record an intervention or a comment in the tracker, it can be incorporated into this visualisation. This is where things get very powerful.

See the above to remind you of symptom rating.

Clicking on the yellow circle target will reveal the INTERVENTION on that particular DATE (and any additional comment). The solid yellow dots are comments only.
If the trendline goes up over time, then this is an indication that the symptom is getting worse. An intervention is needed or it means the current intervention is not working.
WELLBEING & TRANSFORMATION

Wellbeing and the urge towards wholeness is innate to human beings.
And we get to play an active part in the transformation of our consciousness.

You get a score of 1 for each attribute of wellbeing and transformation you acknowledged on that day.

See at end for more ideas.

YinYang
Quality sleep, time moving in nature, inner calm and a focused mind are hallmarks of wellbeing.

This section helps keep track of how you're tracking in life.

Active Stillness entails things like meditation, being centered, walking in nature, inner work, practicing mindfulness, Indian Yoga, focusing within, internal Chinese martial art or philosophy (like Tai Chi or Taiji) etc.

IMAGE: From the oneness before duality, Yin and Yang originate from the state of undifferentiated absolute and infinite potential (see Taiji - 太極 - Chinese cosmology) - Source: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Taiji_(philosophy)

CUSTOM TRACKERS
You can request any item to be tracked.
You can record words and sentences of any length into the comment section of you tracker.

See at end for more ideas.

You can track for different lengths of time - a week, a day, a whole year or just 2 hrs at 5min increments.
You can input into your tracker - we call this making a deposit - as often or infrequently as you like. However, more deposits = more insight.
EXTRAS
Here we host the Journal and any extra custom elements that you wish to add or track.
The journal is a chronological collection of all Interventions and Comments to date. Interventions are in bold.
You can record words and sentences of any length into the intervention and comment section of you tracker.
